We have a working relationship with the Ministry of Trade and that of Youth. We also constantly liaise with the Council of Governors for our activities in the counties.
Advisory Board
Led by a board chair, it is made up of five (5) people; three (3) forum members and Two (2) experienced mentors in the business development and economics field offering skilled leadership for strategic positioning of the organization.Program Team
It is a youthful team made up of Director, Administrative Assistant, Accounts Department, Creative Department, Regional Coordinators, Outreach Officers and Field Volunteers. Appointed by the board, they serve for a renewable contract of two (2) years. Gender mainstreaming is a key guiding principle in the composition of the team such that at least a third being of the opposite gender. Mr. GATHIGE Wa MAINA is the esteemed Founder of the organization and is currently serving as the Director. He is an Entrepreneurship Trainer as well as a passionate artist who champions the socieconomic development of Kenya and Africa at large through leveraging on its demographic dividend, the youth.
